Equipment: Hiking boots, backpack with drinks, waterproofs, plasters. Always keep to the red and white marked route or path and pay attention to the weather. There is a risk of lightning and falling rocks during thunderstorms

Take a private car, coach or bus, or the Val Venosta railway to Rablà (520 m), continue to the Rio Lagundo cable car station. This takes you to the hamlet of Rio Lagundo (1360 m), the hike begins there. Climb up path No. 27 to reach the Naturno Alpine pasture (1910 m – highest point). From this altitude, continue at around the same height along the trail marked with an A via the Zet’n Alpine pasture (1747 m), Frantsch Alpine pasture (1835 m) up to the Tablá Alpine pasture (1758). From here, the descent takes you down trail No 5 through the Schleidertal valley via Tablá, Cirlano towards Naturno.
